The Ndeke 100 MW Solar PV Project is GSBZ’s flagship development located near Chibombo in Zambia’s Central Province.

Project Overview:

• Capacity: 100 MWp

• Technology: High-efficiency mono-facial PV panels with fixed tilt

• Land Area: ~120 hectares

• Generation: Approximately 210 GWh per year

• Grid Connection: 10 km transmission line to nearest ZESCO substation

• Status: Under active development

• Financing: 70/30 debt-equity, USD-denominated

• Standards: IFC Performance Standards & national ESIA compliance
